YMS was created by Spencer Melnick, LCSW and Jane Honeck, CPA, PFS. Together they cover both sides of the money dynamic: psychological and financial, male and female, mature and more mature, jew and gentile. Their collective experience includes business consulting, executive coaching, psychotherapy, financial planning and leadership training.
Based in Maine, they have developed The Money Dynamic an interactive, web program introducing money awareness, neuroscience and relationships to the field of finance. They believe that ineffective money conversations and management are about your personal relationship with money and that to find success with the numbers you must first conquer the relational side of money. Their programs apply this concept to individuals, couples, businesses, non-profits and professionals.
