YMS offers training programs to deepen your understanding of how to use YMS for personal and business success. Our interactive training programs are the foundation for effective, innovative communication skills based in psychological theory that confidently lead you into any and all money conversations with ease. You’ll learn how to build trust—the foundation for successful client interactions. With trust as the foundation, any client can access all the professional skills you have to offer. From individual coaching to large group programs, we’ll give you the tools to lead you through challenging financial discussions to collaborative money decisions.

Group training programs: YMS offers two basic programs below presented as either half-day workshops or combined as a full-day training. Both are highly interactive and give you the opportunity to put into practice all the skills you will learn.

Individual programs: YMS offers individual coaching to fine tune your skills to your specific workplace challenges. Our strength-based programs will teach you how to work from what you do best so you can help your clients do the same.

YMS 101: Advanced Skills and Theory

Enhance knowledge and use of money perspectives with clients and teams.
Everyone has different money styles. Learning to work with all styles, not just the one you’re most comfortable with is important to build and grow a business. This half-day workshop deepens your understanding of the four primary money styles and shows how to apply these concepts in your work. This interactive and experiential workshop is based on modern psychological theory and as applied to money concepts.

Use: Life planning, financial and investment planning, corporate and non-profit budgeting. Can be used by financial professionals, coaches, OD consultants and therapists.

The perfect meeting isn’t what you might think. In this seminar you will learn a proven method for successful and meaningful meetings from the clients’ and teams’ perspectives.
